To ensure a fair verification process and protect both our customers and NEXUZON™ from fraudulent claims, a clear, continuous, and unedited Box Opening (Unboxing) Video is mandatory for every exchange request.

The video must clearly show:

Exchange requests submitted without a valid Box Opening Video will not be approved.
