To ensure fair verification and protect both customers and NEXUZON™, a clear, continuous, and unedited opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all:

✔️ Damaged Product Claims

The opening video must clearly show:

✔️ Sealed Package Before Opening

✔️ Product Condition After Opening

⚠️ Claims submitted without a valid opening video may not be approved.
